Stephen is Regional Managing Partner for Birmingham and Cambridge, Head of Operations - Audit and is a member of the CLA Global Risk and Quality Committee.
He specialises in privately held businesses that are often International. His clients operate in a range of sectors but with a focus on technology, manufacturing and business and professional services.

Stephen has extensive experience of providing assurance and advisory services to growing and dynamic businesses.
He works with owner managed businesses, those with private equity and VC funding and AIM quoted groups.
A number of his clients have international operations and he has worked with businesses with North American, Latin American, European and Asian connections. In particular, Stephen has spent time working in the US and Brazil.

Stephen works with growth businesses that are often raising finance, making acquisitions and through IPO processes. He has
acted as Reporting Accountant for a number of AIM listed companies.
He works with international groups to ensure that the final audit is signed off within required deadlines.
